At Z-Tech, the was once a zombie named Zack, who was one of the people studying the effects of time travel.

Until one day he got knocked into a time vortex portal, where his body got fractured and shattered plus scattered all across time and space.

Because of his determination to stay alive, his body was brought back, but as you can see, just across time and space itself through portals

To him, he can operate just fine, but know he can separate really far at any place.

His arms could be half across the world and he could still move them.

But here's the thing, he can tell the future, so he knows who will win the war,
But he won't tell because the great time police would be on his back if that happened.
